Many first-time clients tell us the hardest part of a website project is not knowing what happens between "yes, let us do it" and "we are live". Here is the path we follow, and what we need from you at each stage.

1. Research

We start with questions: who are your customers, what do they need to do on your site, and how do competitors present themselves? We agree on goals, the pages needed and what success looks like — a number of enquiries, online orders or simply fewer repeat questions on the phone.

2. Design

Next come wireframes (simple layouts) followed by visual design: colours, typography, imagery and the look of each key page on desktop and mobile. You review and give feedback before any code is written, which is the cheapest time to change your mind.

3. Development

Approved designs are turned into a working site. We build for speed, accessibility and search from day one, connect forms, maps and any integrations (WhatsApp, payment, email), and set up an easy way for you to update content.

4. Testing and deployment

Before launch we test on different phones and browsers, check forms and links, and review performance and basic SEO. Then we go live on your domain with SSL and backups in place.

5. Support

Launch is a beginning, not an ending. We stay available for fixes, content updates and improvements as you learn what your visitors actually do.
